Our primary mission is to create opportunities for women in the workplace in Myanmar. To this end, we have developed several programs and strategic offerings currently available to join. We plan on increasing and expanding our program directory. If you have a topic your organization would like to cover, please contact us.

We are a collaborative team that works with international clientèle and consultants to focus on one thing: Investing in the professional development of women. Sharing knowledge, expertise, and contacts are critical to success in the competitive marketplace, and our business plan reflects this priority.

Who can attend trainings?
Anyone is welcome to join our trainings. Depending on the program, some topics may be more advanced where some experience in business is suggested, but it is not required. Please note that all of our trainings are given solely in English.

How long do your programs take?
All of our programs and training topics vary in length from a 1 week express course for those short on time, to a 6+ month extensive program. We can also customize the program for your team to fit your schedule.
